YachtClear provides a document submission and forwarding service for yacht clearance.
The fee of €30 per submission is a service fee, not a government/port/agent fee.
Once documents are submitted and payment is completed, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only in case of duplicate payment for the same submission.
No refunds will be made under any other circumstances, including (but not limited to):
Incorrect or incomplete documents uploaded.
Rejection or delay of clearance by agents, port authorities, or government offices.
Cancellation requests after payment.
Non-usage of the service after payment.
Once payment is completed, the submission is considered final.
Cancellations are not accepted, as the processing service begins immediately after payment.
If you believe you have made a duplicate payment, you must contact us via email at support@yachtclear.online within 7 days of the transaction.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Refunds are processed in the same currency as payment received (foreign exchange differences may apply).
YachtClear charges only the €30 document-processing fee.
All other agent, port authority, or government fees are separate, non-refundable, and must be settled directly with the respective party.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), GST regulations, and international e-commerce norms.
YachtClear operates under a valid LUT (Letter of Undertaking) for export services.
