Is €30 charged per document or per submission?

Answer: Per submission (one-time per arrival). The €30 covers processing of the whole upload/clearance package for a single port arrival — not per individual file. This keeps your online yacht clearance costs predictable and simple.

Are agent / port fees included?

Answer: No. Local agent and port authority fees are separate and charged directly by the respective agent/port. YachtClear only charges the €30 document-processing fee for the online workflow and forwarding of documents to agents. This way, your superyacht customs clearance is handled smoothly while keeping fees transparent.

Which ports are currently supported?

Answer: YachtClear already simplifies yacht entry in Monaco, Cannes, Nice, Sardinia, Corsica, and Italy’s leading marinas. Our multi-port coverage across the Mediterranean is expanding, with more destinations in Europe and worldwide being added for seamless online clearance.

What happens if my payment fails?

Answer: If payment fails, your submission remains in Pending status and will not be processed. You’ll receive an email/WhatsApp reminder to complete payment. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the submission is auto-cancelled. This ensures every yacht clearance request is valid and securely handled.

Can agents use YachtClear?

Answer: Yes — and it’s completely free for agents. Captains submit documents via YachtClear, and agents receive a complete, organized clearance package — no document chasing, no hassle. This creates a smoother agent-captain workflow for yacht clearance and saves everyone valuable time.

How quickly are documents forwarded to agents?

Answer: Immediately after payment and upload verification. YachtClear ensures your local yacht agent receives the organized clearance submission without delay, helping your Mediterranean yacht entry stay on schedule.
