• Access to uploaded documents is restricted to authorized staff and your designated agent.

• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access.

• Documents are stored for up to 90 days after submission to ensure clearance issues are resolved.

• After this period, documents are permanently deleted unless legally required to be retained.
