• One submission = all documents for that specific arrival

• This is YachtClear’s processing fee

• Local agent & port fees are billed separately

Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable once documents are submitted for processing

Failed Payments

• If payment fails, the submission stays in Pending status

• Captain will receive an email + WhatsApp reminder to complete payment

• If not completed within 24 hours, the submission is auto-cancelled
